Letter from customer after through floor lift install

Dear Aline Mobility Just a quick note to give praise to your three engineers who installed our lift, namely Karl and Ian, plus the addition of Jason who came earlier than expected on Friday to aid them. Your guys worked tirelessly, with no breaks - leaving their cups of coffee to go cold etc. to get the lift installed, having to amend certain parts, with no complaints. They were always courteous to me - maybe because I provided them with coffee, tea and biscuits ha ha. Your guys had carried on and finished the installation, so at least my husband could get downstairs after being upstairs since Monday - and he has a much-needed Physio appointment today on Saturday and another appointment on Sunday. It was fully installed just after 6pm and my husband travelled down in it. Please pass our thanks to the three guys and to the Directors of the company - they are a credit to your company.
