Fabriqué à partir d'un noyau en mousse de polyuréthane haute densité recouvert sur chaque face d'une couche de mousse viscoélastique à mémoire de forme. Recouvert d'un tissu multi-extensible/imperméable avec fermetures Velcro. La combinaison de la mousse à mémoire de forme et du tissu multi-extensible permet à ces coussinets de s'enrouler facilement autour d'une béquille ou d'une poignée de canne. Ces coussinets polyvalents offrent un soulagement de la pression et un soutien aux utilisateurs ayant une peau fragile et des handicaps des mains.
