L'AmpSling est conçu pour la plupart des situations de levage courantes, par exemple pour les transferts assis entre le lit et le fauteuil roulant, même lorsqu'une sangle de levage sans supports de jambes divisés aurait été préférable, par exemple, lors du levage de patients ayant des amputations bilatérales et hautes des jambes.
