The Kedley Kinesiology Tape is designed to mirror the skin. By applying the tape to sore joints and muscles, the elastic nature of the tape flexes and supports to encourage the correct alignment of weakened muscles and joints.

This therapeutic tape can be used to support elbows, knees and shoulders; as well as ankles and the abdominal area along with other joints as needed. Each roll can be trimmed to suit the particular body part to which it is being applied.
