Brilliant customer service! There was an issue with the shipping cost to the Channel Islands: Heather contacted me directly, was kind and helpful, and the problem was resolved immediately. This team really cares.

The seated walker I bought is perfect for my needs, at the best price I found. I was a bit concerned that because the price was lower than other retailers, the service might not be as good but I needn’t have been. Customer services kept me informed on delivery timing and the walker arrived with no issues.

We had no idea which mobility scooter would suit my dad. The advice we received was clear, honest, and not pushy. The whole process felt easy from start to finish. The quality of the chair is excellent and far better than what we’d seen elsewhere.
