Whether it be a short trip to the local shops or somewhere further afield, the Invacare Orion Metro affords the user with complete freedom and independence.  This 4 wheeled scooter can take on most terrains in control and comfort making it incredibly versatile. The powerful motor, fully suspended chassis and big wheels take you smoothly over obstacles or uneven ground. The large batteries ensure plenty of capacity to enjoy journeys away from home, boasting a range of 42 km. A unique lighting system means the Invacare Orion Metro 4 Wheeled Scooter can be used at night and includes an easily visible dual bulb headlight, automatic indicators and an integrated heavy duty brake light for safety. Equipped with a clever electronic speed reduction feature that automatically slows down round bends, the scooter is exceptionally manoeuvrable and requires minimal effort when cornering. A two-step disengaging lever prevents the scooter from free-wheeling should it be knocked out of drive mode preventing unnecessary accidents. An easily adjustable tiller allows the user to choose the angle for the most comfortable position to set the driving controls whilst the hand brake ensures immediate braking when required. The padded seat with backrest offers the optimal driving position in total comfort and is upholstered an easy to clean black vinyl. By only using the top quality components, the Invacare Orion Metro 4 Wheeled Scooter is incredibly comfortable, remarkably easy to drive and unwaveringly reliable.
