It is engineered for use with 24 V Lead Acid and Gel rechargeable batteries with capacities between 22 Ah and 70 Ah for the 5 Amp charger or 1ah to 22ah batteries for the 24 volt 2 Amp charger. (for 8 or 10ah chargers then batteries greater than 75ah for 8a charger and greater than 100ah batteries for the 10a charger).
