Oppo Hot & Cold Pack With Band Elbow Foot Ankle 3973

The OPPO Hot and Cold Pack with Band can be used for cold and hot therapy on the elbow, wrist, ankle and neck.

Cold therapy reduces inflammation following injury or surgery. The pack should be placed in the freezer for at least one hour and then applied to the injured area. The pack stays flexible at subfreezing temperatures to conform to the injured area.

Heat therapy helps to promote soothing relief from tired, aching and injured muscles. The pack can be heated in a microwaveable container covered in water for up to one minute. Remove and test before using.
