The Pride Apex Aluma-Lite Plus Mobility Scooter has been specially designed to provide the user with comfort often found on much larger scooters whilst also remaining incredibly compact and lightweight. To provide ultimate durability and strength this Mobility Scooter is manufactured with an aluminium frame. The large, chunky and puncture-proof wheels along with rear suspension help to offer a smooth and comfortable ride, even when travelling over rough terrains. User comfort is further enhanced through the large, well-padded seat and backrest. Fitted with easy to use handlebar controls and chunky alloy style wheels provide excellent control and agility, allowing the user to manoeuvre the scooter with the greatest of ease. This lightweight Aluminium Mobility Scooter can be quickly and easily disassembled into 5 lightweight pieces, with the heaviest piece weighing just 11.6 kgs (25.5 lbs) this helps to optimise space for storage and also allows for easy transportation in the boot of a car. For convenience, it has a capacious basket on the tiller and large backrest storage allowing the user to keep personal items close to hand. The Apex Aluma-Lite Plus is fitted with a 12Ah airline friendly lithium-ion battery as standard, which on a full charge will provide a maximum range of up to 10 miles (16 km). There is also an optional 30Ah battery upgrade available which offers a huge 25.5 miles (41 km) range.
