The Dash Express wheelchair from R Healthcare is a nicely made folding aluminium transit model for the occasional user.

Made with an aluminium frame the Dash Express weighs 12.2kgs making it easy to lift or carry for stowing away or transporting. It comes as standard with a 18" seat width and is designed for users who weigh up to 15.5 stone or 100kgs.

Well suited for both indoor and outdoor use, the Dash Express comes with many features including a half folding back, lap belt for user security, tipping levers to assist with a step or curb and attendant brakes that can be locked when the wheelchair is stationary. The arm rests on this model are fixed.

The folding mechanism on this wheelchair is very easy to use and once folded the wheelchair requires very little space for storage at just 10" wide. The footplates flip up to make room for standing when it is time to transfer on or off the wheelchair.

This folding aluminium transit wheelchair offers good value and is ideal for those who want an easy to use occasional wheelchair.
