The 2474/AM has been specifically constructed into a comfortable swan shaped neck, which is appropriate for both left or right handed users.  This swan neck is designed so a user can place their weight directly over the centre of the walking stick for maximum stability, support and safety, creating confidence and a sense of independence.  The Roma 2474/AM features a moulded polypropylene seat with a plastic formed grip which the individual's hand will sit securely around providing a soft hold whilst in use.
